Your line is stopped waiting on a twelve-dollar plastic clip that nobody stocks anymore. We draw it, print it, and you have it Thursday. We're twelve minutes from your loading dock.
Most people arrive with a photo and a problem, not a file. That's the third one, and it's the one we do most.
Send it across. We check wall thickness and orientation, quote it the same day, and start printing on approval.
Printables, MakerWorld, Thingiverse. Send the link. We check the licence, tune it for strength rather than looks, and print it properly.
Send a picture with a tape measure next to it. We draw it properly in parametric CAD — real dimensions, correct wall thickness, right the first time.
A file, a link, or a photo with something for scale beside it. Whatever you've got on your phone.
Same business day. Fixed price, no ranges. Nothing starts until you say go.
Printed from dried filament, then measured against your critical dimensions before it leaves.
Free pickup in Forest Lake, post from $11.50, or dropped to you on trade orders.
Before you email anyone. Pick the closest size and where it lives — that's enough for a ballpark within about twenty per cent.
Compare it to something on your bench.
Small parts land on the $30 minimum. Send a photo for a fixed price.
Parts are priced on whichever is greater — the material used, or the machine time occupied. A small part that ties up a printer all day costs what it costs, and a chunky part that prints in an hour doesn't get punished for its weight.
| Item | Rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Printing — PLA / PLA+ | $0.20/g or $12/machine-hr | Whichever is greater, plus $8 setup per unique part |
| Minimum order | $30 | Every order, no exceptions |
| PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU, carbon-fill | +30% | Required for anything outdoors or in a vehicle |
| Multi-colour | +$15 | Per part |
| Drawing from a photo | $89 | First hour, credited against the print. Then $80/hr |
| Support removal & finishing | $60/hr | Only when you need a show surface |
| Rush — same or next day | +50% | Subject to a free machine |
| Trade account | −10% | Net-14 on a PO, $150 minimum per order |
| Pickup — Forest Lake 4078 | Free | By arrangement |
| Australia Post | $11.50 / $19.75 | Small or large satchel, at cost |
Fifty identical parts with no deadline? An offshore service will beat us on price and we'll tell you so rather than waste your morning. We're built for one-offs, small batches, and the job that's due Thursday.
PLA softens at 55 °C. A ute cabin in a Brisbane February gets to 80. Most printed parts that fail in this state didn't fail — they were quoted in the wrong plastic. We won't do that, even when it's the cheaper quote.
| Material | Softens at | Right for |
|---|---|---|
| PLA / PLA+ | 55–60 °C | Indoors only. Jigs, prototypes, models, bench fixtures |
| PETG | 80–95 °C | Outdoors, UV, workshop floor, mild chemicals, light impact |
| ASA / ABS | Higher again | Vehicles, engine bays, roofs, permanent full sun |
| TPU | Flexible | Gaskets, grommets, bump stops, grips, vibration damping |
| Carbon-filled | Stiff | Structural brackets and fixtures that must not flex |
Filament goes through a dryer before it goes through a nozzle. Brisbane sits well above the 30–45% humidity filament wants, and PETG left open overnight prints weak and stringy. Ours lives in sealed boxes with desiccant. It's the cheapest quality difference in this trade and almost everyone skips it.
Same business day response. Nothing is started and nothing is charged until you've approved a fixed price in writing.
Priced, proven, and printed this week. Pick a size in the job flow and it's done.
Four questions and you're done. If you've got an STL or 3MF, we measure it in your browser and the real number appears on the spot — no waiting for a callback, no account, and nothing charged until you've approved it.

Quotes are fixed and valid 14 days. No work begins and no charge is made until you approve the quote in writing. If a job turns out to need more than was quoted, we stop and re-quote — we never invoice above an approved price without your written agreement.
The $89 drawing fee is payable upfront and is credited in full against the print if you proceed within 30 days. It covers the first hour; further time is quoted before it is started. You receive the printed part. Source CAD files stay with us unless purchased separately, which we're glad to do — just ask.
You confirm you have the right to have your file or linked model printed. Many free models carry non-commercial licences; we check and tell you if there's a problem. We don't reproduce parts that appear counterfeit, patented or trademarked without evidence of the right to do so. Your files are used for your job only, and are never resold or republished.
We recommend material based on where the part will live, and we say so when the material you've asked for is wrong for that environment. Where you direct us to use it anyway, we'll print it, at your risk.
Parts are not supplied for load-bearing, structural, medical, pressure-retaining, firearm, aerospace or life-safety applications, or as a substitute for a certified component. Do not use them anywhere failure could cause injury.
FDM printing holds roughly ±0.3 mm on typical parts. Tell us which dimensions are critical and we'll design the clearance in and verify them before the part ships.
Three business days is standard from approval, not from enquiry. Rush is +50% subject to machine availability. Delivery estimates are best-effort; Australia Post transit time isn't ours to control.
If a part is faulty, isn't to the approved dimensions, or doesn't match the quote, tell us within 7 days and we'll remake it or refund it — your choice. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment is due on completion, before collection or dispatch. Trade accounts are net-14 with a $150 minimum per order. All prices AUD.
We keep your contact details and files only to do your job and talk to you about it. We don't sell or share them. Ask us to delete your files at any time and we will.
A question before you order, a problem with something we made, or you just want to know whether printing is even the right way to make your part. A person answers, not a form.
